All travel planning that starts in 2022 will continue without fees.

Starting on Jan 1, 2023

• $0 for all clients who have booked with Rosedale Travel in 2022. We love working with clients again and again and again!
• $0 for bookings with no research…i.e. you know exactly what you’d like to book and you’re working with us for the amenities. This is quick and easy for us.
• $200 planning fee for new trips under seven days. Fees are paid after the initial discussion but before a first plan is delivered.
• $300 planning fee for new trips seven days and over. Fees are paid after the initial discussion but before a first plan is delivered.

Note: Travel planning fees are nonrefundable if the trip is not booked or cancelled. However, if you take your trip and you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund the travel planning fee.
