We’re here for you during the trip to help manage any changes needed or concerns that arise. When you return, we’d love to hear about the trip, especially anything you loved or didn’t care for.
2026 Travel Planning Fees
Starting on Jan 1, 2026
$0 for all clients who have booked with Rosedale Travel in 2025. In 2027, we will be making adjustments to better support our most loyal clients.
$0 for bookings with no research…i.e. you know exactly what you’d like to book and you’re working with us for the amenities. This is quick and easy for us.
$300 planning fee for new trips under seven days. Fees are paid after the initial discussion but before a first plan is delivered.
$500 planning fee for new trips seven days and over. Fees are paid after the initial discussion but before a first plan is delivered.
$1000 last minute planning fee for any trip requested within six weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or Spring Break.
Note: We are unable to accept trips less than 3 weeks before departure due to the potential for credit card fraud.
